EAGLE, ID, August 12, 2011—The Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) kicked off the year with its first “Recipe of the Month” Photo Contest, summoning shutterbugs to cook, point, click and eat! Idaho® potato lovers from coast to coast have been up to the challenge and to date the seven winners hailing from Florida, Texas, Washington, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and California have each won a $250 cash prize.
