The Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is offering its 2011 Shippers & Processors Directory free of charge to commercial and non commercial foodservice operators. It is an informative, 4 color- guide that provides updated contact information for all licensed Idaho shippers, exporters and suppliers; brand listings and shed numbers are also included. Additionally, there is a comprehensive section that highlights all the potato varieties grown in Idaho and offers pertinent information for the foodservice operator like usage tips, appearance and flavor profile.
The directory is available for easy download by visiting http://directory.idahopotato.com/downloads/directory.pdf or by contacting the IPC directly; simply email the IPC at ipc@potato.idaho.gov, include "Shippers & Processors Directory" in the subject line and your mailing address in the text. You may request up to 5 copies.

Established in 1937, the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is a state agency that is responsible for promoting and protecting the famous "Grown in Idaho®" seal, a federally registered trademark that assures consumers they are purchasing genuine, top-quality Idaho® potatoes. Idaho's ideal growing conditions, including rich, volcanic soil, climate and irrigation differentiate Idaho® potatoes from potatoes grown in other states.
