What’s a good way to offer a baked potato side that is healthy rather than only loaded?
You could ask if they would like to “Load it or love it”... What if your menu offered an alternate choice of toppings for an Idaho® baked potato? Instead of the wait-staff saying "would you like that loaded?" This automatically takes a perfectly healthy and nutritious potato completely out of that realm, to one of indulgence, in a dairy + fat heaven. What if the choices were to "load it or love it?” “Love it” could be served by bring out olive oil, or unflavored low fat yogurt or topped with our fresh house made salsa or freshly ground pepper and a citrus squeeze of lemon and lime wedges, or a warm broccoli slaw.
