Stacey Doyle is a food photographer and videographer, food stylist, and recipe developer. In 2013, she launched her food blog, Little Figgy Food, to be an inspiration to discover the world through food in a way that makes new techniques and ingredients seem doable to the average home cook. A southern girl with a taste for travel, Stacey takes her culinary inspiration from the many years spent traveling and living abroad. Today, she is living in the Atlanta area with her three young children, where she continues to cook with a sense of adventure while exploring her passions for global flavors, dark chocolate, and vats of coffee.
Established in 1937, the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is a state agency that is responsible for promoting and protecting the famous "Grown in Idaho®" seal, a federally registered trademark that assures consumers they are purchasing genuine, top-quality Idaho® potatoes. Idaho's ideal growing conditions, including rich, volcanic soil, climate and irrigation differentiate Idaho® potatoes from potatoes grown in other states.
