Idahoan® Breakfast Tumblers

Ingredients:

  • 1 (39.2 oz.) package of Idahoan® Tater Tumblers
  • 2 quarts hot water
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup scrambled egg
  • 1 cup sausage crumbles
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • Melted cheese sauce, if desired

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add entire package of Idahoan® Tater Tumblers, cheddar cheese, egg, sausage and bacon. Mix well.
  2. Next, add hot water and mix until thoroughly combined. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before portioning with a #60 scoop.
  3. To cook, fry at 350°F for 2 minutes or until golden brown and hot throughout.
  4. Serve immediately by themselves or with a side of melted cheese sauce for dipping.
