Jessica is the author, baker, cook and photographer behind The Novice Chef (www.thenovicechefblog.com). Jessica is a trial and error, self taught, sugar addict who likes to share all of her recipes through photography and funny stories. Her first cookbook, Mini Donuts: 100 Bite-Sized Donut Recipes to Sweeten Your "Hole" Day, was released on November, 18th 2012 and her second cookbook, Cereal Sweets & Treats, was released August 1st, 2013.Jessica was born and raised in Texas, but currently lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband Jorge and five rescue pets.
