Jackie Bruchez is a mother of 3 living in sunny Oceanside, California. She loves creating recipes with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Her weekends are spent working on DIY projects with her husband, beach days with the kids, and of course picking up fresh flowers and veggies from the local farmer's market. When she is not in the kitchen, she is tending to the garden or wrangling up one of her many many animals on what she calls her "Seaside Urban Farm."
Established in 1937, the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is a state agency that is responsible for promoting and protecting the famous "Grown in Idaho®" seal, a federally registered trademark that assures consumers they are purchasing genuine, top-quality Idaho® potatoes. Idaho's ideal growing conditions, including rich, volcanic soil, climate and irrigation differentiate Idaho® potatoes from potatoes grown in other states.
