Courtney is the author, photographer, and flour dusted girl behind the blog NeighborFood. Courtney believes food tastes better when it's shared. NeighborFood is her table, and she loves inviting readers to pull up a chair, grab a cookie, and make themselves at home. A passion for food and community drove her to start a blog in 2011. Since then, she's cooked and baked her way through over 300 recipes, learning as she went, and sharing both the successes and the failures with her readers. NeighborFood is a reflection of the journey to home cooking and an invitation for others to join her on the adventure. Courtney lives with her husband and boxer pup in Columbus, OH where she enjoys exploring the city, trying out new restaurants, reading, and singing along to Frank Sinatra.
Established in 1937, the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) is a state agency that is responsible for promoting and protecting the famous "Grown in Idaho®" seal, a federally registered trademark that assures consumers they are purchasing genuine, top-quality Idaho® potatoes. Idaho's ideal growing conditions, including rich, volcanic soil, climate and irrigation differentiate Idaho® potatoes from potatoes grown in other states.
