Carla Cardello
Carla Cardello is an avid baker, cook, and photographer from Pittsburgh, PA who develops recipes with a little bit of adventure. Although she spends most of her time concocting sweet treats, she also has an arsenal of simple dinner ideas that require minimal effort. Carla has her Bachelors degree in Multimedia and a versatile skill set that includes videography, photography, and web design. When she isnt in the kitchen, Carla loves to travel and take photographs. She spoke on the photography panel at the Food And Wine Conference 2013.Chocolate Moosey has been featured in numerous online publications, including Yum For Kids Magazine, Cake Central Magazine, Huffington Post, and Ladies Home Journal. Carla has also won first place in a local cupcake contest, local cookie contest, and local strawberry contest.
