For the last 5 years, Chef Tony Polito has been the Executive Chef for the University of Michigan. He has done catering, retail, and residential dining there. Prior to the University of Michigan, he worked eight years for the Detroit Red Wings/Olympia Entertainment. After completing Culinary School Tony worked at multiple high-end dining establishments.
He got his first kitchen almost 30 years ago and is still growing as a professional. Food is his passion and he loves learning new things about food. He says “You are never too old to learn new things.”
