Chef Fabio Viviani began working in kitchens humble and house at the age of 14. He was named "Fan Favorite" on Bravos Top Chef, and was among the final four contestants; he returned to compete in Top Chef All Stars and appear on Life After Top Chef. He is the executive chef of Cafe Firenze (Moonpark, CA), Firenze Osteria (Los Angeles, CA), Siena Tavern (Chicago, IL), and Siena Tavern Miami (FL). He has also opened two Chicago locations of Mercato by Fabio Viviani, which quick, homemade, and fresh Italian options for the corporate lunch crowd. He plans on opening more outlets soon.Viviani has appeared on "Good Morning America," "The Chew," and "Ellen" to name a few. Off-screen, he is a regular headliner at global food events and festivals. FABIOS AMERICAN HOME KITCHEN is his third cookbook.
