Have you found any alternatives to serving mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving?
This is an interesting question…why not do both? I think you want to give your guests what they expect but also mix it up a little. More and more I am seeing roasted fingerlings appear as a side. Check out this Thanksgiving menu listing from Norman’s Orlando at the Ritz Carlton:
