Black Bean Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 gallon Black Beans (soaked)
- 3 large bunches cilantro
- 1/2 cups garlic
- 3 cups Fresh Tomato Salsa
- 1/2 cups Fresh Jalapeno chilies - sliced
- Fresh squeezed lime juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Puree beans in food processor; process cilantro & garlic - add to beans. Add salsa, chilies, lime juice, salt and pepper. May serve warm or cold.
