OMG yes! Just got back from the happening scene on Broadway in Nashville where at Merchant's restaurant they serve up a cast iron skillet load of duck fat tots with three dips for $8. Yes, you read that right... and there was one on nearly every table I saw. Think of the profits every time one of those orders come out of the kitchen (in addition to hardly any labor costs to prep.)
