Can I use the Easy Baker potatoes for potato salad if I unwrap them and clean them?

Potatoes which are film wrapped at the shipper point (aka Easy Bakers) can be used for any desired, preparation manner. Simply unwrap the uncooked potato, rinse, peel (or leave peel on if desired), dice into chunks and boil as usual for potato salad. Here’s a link for a basic potato salad preparation.
